And you go to control panel - devices and printers - right click on your wheel controller - game controller settings. There you can define priority.

Irun Assetto Corsa (basic steam version) with my Q2 using Link and it works fine. I just connect with Link, get into the Rift home and select the virtual desktop. Then I use my PC mouse to select the AC shortcut and run it. The menu shows up and I go into the settings and make sure that the run mode is set to Oculus and select the race I want.
