The current file size is 48.9gb, but I don't know how much of that is inflated from all the updates since I last did a fresh install. Mine's 49.2GB, for reference. I'd be surprised if it was under 45GB. Nobody really knows that number since it varies a lot.
In PvE campaigns, the maximum party size starts at two or four, and progresses to eight at a rate dependent on the campaign. Two of the elite missions allow twelve. These are The Deep and Urgoz's Warren. PvP matches require parties of four or eight, or in the case of an Alliance battle: three parties of four.

World only matters for WvW, since you can guest on any server for PvE content. They never actually released realm/world capacity numbers, but my best guess is anywhere between 4200-5000 (maybe a bit more). They had 48 worlds for BWE1 and ANet made a few statements about hundred s of thousands participating. The average team size get determined by the shuffle (bi monthly if like now) based on a target population and tiers. If there is just 1 tier and 9000 players, thats 3000 per team. If there is 12000 players next shuffle, thats 4000 per team or if now its 2 tiers, then its ~2000 per team. Etc.

The full size is 48.5GB but that has been continuously updated since beta. Might have some extra cruft in there. If you have other audio besides English that will also go up a bit. The minimal playable size is much smaller but it has been ages since I last checked that. If I remember correctly it was a little over 30GB.

Their size would get them targeted quicker. If you ran a group with three large guys, lets say all 3 are norn, 1 guard, 1 war, and 1 mes, and then two small guys, 2 asura, a thief and an ele. The 3 norn would more often be targeted before the asura simply because they would be the first thing the opponent saw.

Once you have done almost everything in Guild Wars 2, your options are play PvP or do WvW and farm mats to craft up some ascended armor and weapons. The PvE is fun and the newer dungeons have been great. So maybe Mordemoth 10000 years ago actually was a huge viny jungle dragon and maybe Primordus was this smaller dragon just the size of the Claw of Jormag. And in addition that could also explain why Glint, who was one of Kralks generals, was actually a fairly small dragon. I mean she was barely the size of Vlast but was alive for a very long bAMG.
